Most repairs take between 10-20 minutes. We will make sure to give you an accurate estimate of how long your device repair will take once one of our technicians inspects your device prior to repair.
Do I Need to Make an Appointment?
Nope. We gladly accept walk-ins for smartphone repair service. We know accidents happen, and we know how important your device is to your routine. No appointment is necessary, just come on in.
What If My Device Stops Working After My Repair?
Our warranty covers any defects or issues for up to 90 days after your repair, excluding any physical or liquid damage. Read more about our smartphone repair warranty.
Do you repair water damaged devices?
Typically, no. However, if your device can be recognized by a computer or you can still receive calls on it, we can probably fix it. We do offer completely free water damage diagnostics.
What's the difference between a cracked screen and a broken LCD?

You can identify whether or not your LCD screen has been damaged by looking for new, out-of-place lines or patterns that appear on the screen, seeing black spots and/or blurred/discolored areas of your screen or a totally black screen altogether.
